Founder and CEO
Lisa Anna Palmer is the Founder & CEO of Light Your Leadership Inc. She is the international bestselling author of Light A Fire In Their Hearts: The Truth About Leadership, and the creator of the LYLTalks podcast. She speaks, coaches, and trains high performing subject matter experts, managers, and executives to shift their mindset. She helps them become the type of leader people love to work with, so that they can learn to love their life as a leader. Lisa helps managers and executives to see leadership from a different perspective so that they can foster more inclusive and engaging workplaces, attract and retain talent, and create thriving organizations.
Marie Laplante
LYLI Associate for Book Development, Events & Publicity
Marie’s background and skills include over 18 years of experience in bilingual (English & French) event planning/management, as well as administration. She loves logistics and details! Marie has had the pleasure of planning events of small and large events (virtual & in-person). What started off as a side gig in December 2019 is now a business in Virtual Assistance. She has had the immense pleasure of working with Lisa for close to a year and a half, and collaborated with her on a variety of projects and tasks, including contributing to the launch of the international bestselling book, Light A Fire In Their Hearts. It’s a privilege to be part of this amazing team!
Ruobing Yu
Digital Story Teller
Ruobing is a recent Global Business and Digital Arts graduate from the University of Waterloo, a program that combines technology, creativity, and business. Ruobing is based in Mississauga, Ontario, and currently working full-time as a Marketing and Communications Associate with the CMHA Peel Dufferin’s High Priority Strategy Team. She is so excited to be joining the Light Your Leadership Inc. team as a freelance Digital Storyteller, helping to produce podcasts and blogs!
Charlotte Hannah
Graphic Designer & Videographer
Charlotte is a multi-media designer whose credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Studies and a Diploma in Multi-Media Design and Development. She creates products in videography, motion graphics, web design, and interactive content. Her social media work includes developing promotional strategies to elevate brand awareness, encourage customer engagement, and increase online traffic. Charlotte always strives to create work that goes beyond providing a message to tell a story. Charlotte loves art, culture, fashion, music, literature, movies, and theatre. She is a huge fan of the 1960’s and the cultural developments of that transformative era. For fun, she dreams of owning a VW mini-bus and taking road trips with 60’s music blasting through her stereo.
Amanjot Singh
Web Designer & Digital Advisor
Amanjot is a recent graduate from Algonquin College in computer programming. He's proficient in Web Development, Java, and Python. Amanjot likes to solve daily life challenges with technology and innovative ideas and is always open to new adventures and opportunities. He is really excited to work as an Intern with Light Your Leadership Inc. to maintain the website and its related functions. Apart from that, Amanjot likes being outdoors, listening to & playing music, and delving into deep concepts.
